Sirach 19:23

LXX_WH⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ ἔστιν πανουργία καὶ αὕτη βδέλυγμα καὶ ἔστιν ἄφρων ἐλαττούμενος σοφίᾳ

Clementine_Vulgate⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ et est qui emittit verbum certum enarrans veritatem. Est qui nequiter humiliat se, et interiora ejus plena sunt dolo:

Wycliffe⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ And ther is a man, that sendith out a certeyn word, tellynge out treuthe. Ther is a man, that mekith hym silf wickidly; and hise ynnere thingis ben ful of gile.

Geneva⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ Hee that hath small vnderstanding, and feareth God, is better then one that hath much wisedome, and transgresseth the Law of the most high.

Bishops⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ A simple man of small vnderstanding that feareth God, is better the one that hath much wysdome, and transgresseth the lawe of the highest.

DouayRheims⁽ⁱ⁾ ²³ And there is one that uttereth an exact word telling the truth. There is one that humbleth himself wickedly, and his interior is full of deceit:
